Game data

The app stores stage progress, discovered creatures, resources, settings and owned items in its private storage on your device. It also stores transaction identifiers needed to avoid delivering a purchase twice. The game does not send these records to a server operated by us.

There is no in-game cloud sync or account recovery. Deleting all app data can lose progress, Sunstones and owned items. A local backup protects against some damaged-save failures; it does not provide recovery after the app's local data is removed.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple's StoreKit handles Sunstone product information, payment and transaction verification. It may contact Apple when loading prices, purchasing, checking unfinished transactions or recovering an interrupted delivery. Apple processes this information under Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not receive your Apple Account password, payment-card details or billing address. Sunstone balances, acknowledgements of delivered purchases and virtual-item ownership are stored locally. We do not operate a purchase-history server.

Advertising and analytics

The app contains no advertising or remote analytics SDK and does not request an advertising identifier. Optional development/playtest logging records gameplay events locally; it is off in ordinary play and is not uploaded automatically.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and investigate the issue. Include only the details needed for your request; do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

You can ask us to delete support correspondence by contacting the address below. This is separate from game data stored on your device and from Apple's own records.

Young players

The game does not request names, contact details or ages from players, and does not provide chat or user-posted content. Parents can use Apple's purchase restrictions and Ask to Buy controls. Contact support if a child has shared information by email and you would like it removed.

This website

This support website does not add advertising or analytics. Our hosting provider processes network information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to deliver pages and protect the service. This is separate from game progress stored on your device.

Policy changes

If we introduce accounts, cloud recovery or other data processing, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information to describe the shipped features.
